I have to write about the Sunset da Mona Lisa!If you have not been to the restaurant you have to go,if you have been, you most likely feel the way I do.The very first wedding Alec and I shot at the Mona Lisa we were in heaven, the view is the most amazingly romantic breath taking…O.K. you get the point…. the light just before sunset is awesome, the pools, the 3 levels that seem to jet out over the ocean..A photography dream.I love to try to guess wedding budgets, I do this just for fun,and I’m always very very scary close with in dollars,If I guess to little, that’s Ouch(you spent to much).. If I guess to much that’s great!!either a very smart bride or really great wedding coordinator.I find that with good coordination, weddings always seem to look and feel more pricey.I think everyone deep down wants their friends and family’s to think they spent way more then they did( I did )I wanted my guests to walk away from my wedding wanting to talk about it.feeling like I put my heart into it(I did). After all they flew all the way to Mexico to celebrate our wedding with us.I wanted to give something back.
Back to the Sunset da Mona Lisa I guessed the cost of that wedding to be $30,000 more then the actually cost…my all time biggest WOW..If you are looking for a totally classy, upscale, elegant wedding you must take a visit to the restaurant, before you book your venue.they do very small weddings to very large weddings,Talk to your wedding coordinator,or to Emma directly she is in charge of Weddings and Events at the restaurant .I was surprised at how reasonable it was for all it offers. At least take your friends to dinner and watch the sunset. Best Wedding wishes T
